You need a valid driver’s license or photographic ID or passport and a credit card for the security deposit.
If you are born before January 1, 1988 you will only need a valid driver’s license. BORN ON or AFTER January 1, 1988 you MUST carry a Photographic Identification and either a Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) or a Florida Boater Education Temporary Certificate or a NASBLA approved Boater’s license. You can take the temporary safety boating test at the beach on the spot.

You can be as young as 14 years old as long as your parent is present and signing the waiver for you If you are 18 years or older you can sign your own waiver.
YES, there is a $300 refundable security deposit.
YES, the kid usually needs to be at least 4 years old.
We do have boundaries set, however none has ever complaint about lack of space on the ocean.
For safety reason everybody has to be back at least 1 hour before sunset. Our operating hours are 9AM until sunset / 7 days a week (weather permitting). No overnight rentals.
A reservation is not needed however we strongly recommend to take advantage of our early bird online booking special – so book now!
BOOKING ONLINE: If you cancel less than 24 Hours before your rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost, unless rescheduling for another date and time. In case of a no-show at the time of rental, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental cost. At our sole discretion, cancellation fees may be waived for special circumstances (severe weather, etc.)
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to reservation. There is paperwork to READ and fill out. We will also need sufficient time to instruct the driver and go over safety rules. If you are late you are cutting into your rental time!
If we are closed due to bad weather you may choose from a full refund on your online booking or to reschedule for any other date.
